which door assembly do I need?

It looks like you have exactly what I need to replace a clients sliding door assembly & tracks..

I've attached a picture. It appears that the current door assembly has a "4011" stamped on it, but cannot tell. The wheels keep coming off the track, so I don't know if we need to replace the wheel assembly , the track or both....please advise which assembly I should try first.

The 23-041 is what many customers have ordered for the 4011. Just double check to make sure the dimensions all line up. If so, I think you'll be good to go.
