Sorry I know this is not enough but for now I can t remove window. I hope maybe you can tell me which type I have to order.

It looks like you need a type of coil balance, but unfortunately it's not possible to identify a match while it's still installed. Too many important details are obscured. You could have anything.

We may be able to help, but only if you are able to remove the full assembly (that includes the spring, cover, and pivot shoe) and show me clear photos of each component removed and without obstruction. I will also need written, precise dimensions.
