which window balance do I need?

I have a non tilt,sliding, double pane window. The sliding part is 30x45.

The balance is 28 inches long. I've attached photos of the markings and the top and bottom ends.

I need to know which of your models I need.

Hello Jim. Thank you for your post. Please take a look at our S395-28 channel balance as a possible replacement. We would like for you to weigh your sash on a scale in order to choose the best option.
