The channel is 5/16" wide and the frame is 3/4".

Thanks for getting back to us! I'm afraid we don't sell a corner for 3/4" thick frames. In terms of design, our 95-218 is similar but this is for 5/16" thick frames and is still very different. I can't promise it will work for you but take a look and see what you think.
