order some and it was only 5/8 in the window overlay it would not snap in to hold the window - the glazing out of my window is 3/4 inches (as shown in photo)
when replacing the glazing should I do all four sides?

I'm not sure what you ordered, but the closest match we have is our 55-192. Could you possibly use this as a replacement?
