white window latch to open/tilt in the window

Question

Ijust purcashed a 1997 Schulte mobile home and two of the windows have broken latches.  The little knobs that you push towards each other to release and open up the window are broken off with only a little bump now visible.  These are windows that tilt in for cleaning.  It says Phillips on one window part and I understand they are now out of business (or purchased by Marquee?_
