I'm afraid that I don't understand your question. Were you looking for a part in particular? If so, we need a photo of it in order to make a recommendation. Seeing it removed from the window and in undamaged condition would be ideal, that way we can be sure that no important details are missing.

Thanks! This is a huge help. Your operator looks like an older version of our 39-172, though yours seems to be missing the sill mounting plate. Could that have just broken off, or did yours never have one to begin with?

You can reuse the handle and the bracket at the end of the arm, but just in case you needed those, too, see our 39-114L and 39-546, respectively.
