widows dont stay up

I would recommend starting by comparing the S600 and S900 spiral balances to your assembly removed from the window. The determining factor would be if the housing tube has a diameter of 5/8" or 3/8". You'll also need to make sure that the end of the spiral that attaches to the pivot shoe matches ours. Thanks for posting!
