will this fit Hurd operator?

The 39-375 will not fit either of the two operators in your photos, unfortunately. The operator in your first photo has a fixed base and you cannot apply a separate cover onto it. As for the operator in your second photo, this has a centered handle, while the 39-375's handle is offset. You would want the 39-107FK for that instead.
