These are Series 380 or Series 385 balances. See which of the shoes pictured below you have on your old balance. The 1" shoe means you need Series 380 versus Series 385 for the 1-3/32" shoe. Then, measure the length of each metal bar to determine the balance length, and weigh the window sash so that you can match the weight "option" that is needed to place an order on our site.

They are probably both the same Series. You can measure both to be sure.

The number may indicate the weight option for the balance. Sometimes 26 5 corresponds to a 27" channel balance with a 2650 stamp option. However, a 27" balance from any Series might be marked with that code, so it doesn't tell you what to order, per se. Your best bet is just to measure the length of the metal bar and weigh your window sash to get the weight code, once you identify the Series.
