i ordered the window spiral balancer and the window keeps sliding down what part do i need or do i have to replace the window

Thanks for writing in. Don't worry, I'm confident your windows are all right! You might even have the correct spiral balances, they may just need to be charged a little. See our 75-006 Charging Tool. Use this to give the spiral rod 2-3 turns, then see if the balances better support the window. If this doesn't work, give it another 2 turns or so, but no more. If that doesn't work, let us see your original spiral balances and we'll see if you needed something else. Many thanks.
