Thanks for writing in. This certainly looks like our 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 190 Coil Balances. To know what spring weights to select, you need to look for stamp codes on the springs themselves. If there are none or you are uncertain, weigh your window sash. Give us the exact weight and we'll work out what you need.

Bob:Thanks for the info only thing we need to add to the cart is the springs. The windows weight is 18 lb

For a window sash weighing 18 pounds, our S190-940 coil spring should work. You will just need one spring in each side. This can be used with the 15-186 coil balance clip. Look it over and let us know what you think.
