Thanks for posting! Your channel balance reminds me of the S351-29 with a 1" shoe or the S390-29 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

To identify the correct replacement for your top sash guide, I'll need to see a clearer photo of it, from a front facing view. Unfortunately, it it too zoomed out and it is at an angle in the photos above.

Are you able to provide a photo of the top sash guide (the small nylon piece) from a front facing view, as requested? Unfortunately, I cannot properly identify it from an angle.

You will need to trim down the edges from the top of the guide to install them. That said, please be aware that any altered parts are non-returnable.
