We have an 18-inch long, 3/8-inch dia., red tip, block and tackel end older window balance and we need 4 replacements. We have ordered the wrong ones and need what will work, thank you for your help, we have company coming soon.

Hi, Jim.
This looks like a balance for a non-tilt window such as our 3/8" diameter S400-18 with the red tip option. Review our specifications and see what you think.
