window Dyad crank

A home owner from Mineola, NY says:

The window crank has faded numbers on the interior they are "30_ _ 6 ". Can not make out the two numbers or letters inbetween. The front says "G Truth". We got the bay window 15 years ago.

Here is the part I was sent but it is too long (4in) for the window (need 3in)

The part that i received is exactly what i need, except the sig-sag shape arm is 4" long and what i need is 3" long and the rest its fine, actually the crank arm is 3"sig-sag and 5"straight

Bob from SWISCO responded:

It looks like you ordered the 39-089, but I'm wondering if you needed the 39-187 instead. This has a W-shaped gear arm, while the 39-089 has a Z-shaped arm. This is a subtle but crucial difference. Take a look and see what you think.
