window awning pole bracket

Hello,

My name is Edward.

I've included pictures of the pole and the brackets. One of the brackets is broken. I believe it is the left hand side of the pole. I need a replacement. The tube measures 36" in. length. The diameter is 3/4" and the bracket measures 4 7/8" in length. The window cranks had the AH markings. However, we were able to resolve the issue of two broken cranks by ordering an Andersen crank from your company. VE Andersen window part 39-259 and a right one also. Do you have the replacement bracket for the left side of the pole? Thank you for all of your help.

I'm sorry to say that we do not carry replacements for the brackets in your photos but I'm happy to hear that you were able to use our 39-258 and 39-259 Andersen cranks to repair some of your windows. Please let us know if you have any other questions and thanks for posting!
