I've included pictures of the pole and the brackets. One of the brackets is broken. I believe it is the left hand side of the pole. I need a replacement. The tube measures 36" in. length. The diameter is 3/4" and the bracket measures 4 7/8" in length. The window cranks had the AH markings. However, we were able to resolve the issue of two broken cranks by ordering an Andersen crank from your company. VE Andersen window part 39-259 and a right one also. Do you have the replacement bracket for the left side of the pole? Thank you for all of your help.
