window balanace

Hi im looking for the replacement for this part in the photos. The stamp says 29 9 CX CMC 7. The string on mine broke. Thanks!

The measurements of your balance shoe will determine whether you will need our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance. Take a look at those and let us know how you made out.
