window balance for an LBS window

We will not be able to provide a replacement balance based off of the information on the window sticker. This does not help us identify what balance you or what will work. We will need to see photos showing the balance completely removed from the window. Please also provide the metal length of the balance, along with any stampings/markings that may appear on the balance.

Thanks! That looks like a coil balance, not a channel balance. Specifically, it looks like you have our 15-087 pivot shoe and Series 180 spring. The individual components of a coil balance are sold separately so you only need to replace what's broken and reuse the rest.
