Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can help, but those stamps are not identifiers. They just tell us the strength of the channel balance. To know what balances you need, you'll need to remove them from their windows and show us photos of the nylon attachments at both ends. The style of attachments determines the balances you need. We'll do our best to help from there.

Thank you for your help! Pictures here show both ends.

Thank you! This appears to be an "extended travel" type channel balance. This is a unique configuration that unfortunately can't be replaced by any of our stock products, but we can still sell it as a special order.

Before we go further, can you verify the length of the metal channel for each size? The 1420 should be 14-7/8" long and the 2630 should be 26-7/8" long. This is a very important detail so let me know what you get and we can get the ball rolling.

yes those measurements you said are correct when measuring the metal rod only! thank you so much.

Great! In that case I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link right now that will let you add these sizes to your cart. You can then checkout as normal.

Please let me know if you had any follow up questions and I'd be happy to assist.

Hello again! I'd be happy to set you up with a new order link. Is this the same 2630 stamp as you had before? I'll email you a purchase link now that will let you add 4 of those to your cart.

Please just note that the length of this assembly is 26-7/8", not 27".

That's correct! Same type, and yes the size is 26 7/8.
Thank you again.
