window balance

A handy person from Sarasota says:

I need to replace a window balance (or two). I can not read the complete stamp on the balance - see attached image

the balance looks like the 16" Series 770 Balance. However, the weigh of the window is 24 lbs - and I only see option for up to 19 lbs - 16D

The only identification I can find on the entire widow is a sticker that states window conforms to FL standard and assume the window product is milestone single hung series 2000 - see pick attached.
