window balance

Question

my balance has markings 27 5 GP Caldwell. it is 28" long not including plastic parts and 1/2" wide. I have more pictures if needed I think one plastic end is 19-005 and the other 15-005, windows were installed in 1999. I need 2 new balances.

Thanks for posting! If you have the 19-005 and 15-005, I'd recommend our S380-28 channel balance.
