24-B Balance Old Aluminum Windows

Question

hello my balance is stamped 24-b thats all it says anywhere. it measures 25" long not including tips 26.5" with end tips and its 9/16 wide, if that measurement doesnt exsist than its 1/2" wide. the windows are 70s or 80s aluminum windows and one of the handles reads vista view, if thats any help. thanks Alyssa

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S390 on the left, 1-1/8” thick, or S351 on the right, 1” thick, channel balance. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to know the length of your balance and the weight of your sash in order to choose the correct option. Thank you!
