window balance

A handy person from Avon lake ohio says:

I have a nuprime window with the 2 channel balances that I need. It is 16.5 inches long. The number 1620 is stamped on the side of the balance. it is 1/2 inch wide.

I cannot find anything that is 16.5 inches long on your site.

HELP!!!!
