Question

The number stamped on the balance unit is 14 5 fu cmc 2

I need 2 balances for my single hung bath window. Thank you Everet

Hi there- thanks for posting!

We'll need to see some photos of the balance removed from the window to be able to determine the best replacement option for you. Specifically, we'll need to see the nylon attachment on either end of the metal channel. Also, please confirm the length of your metal channel (only the metal channel). Given the stamping on your balance (14 5) it should be 15" long. The stamp and the actual length are normally a digit apart.

Once we have this information we can determine the correct series and get you the right replacements.
