window balance

I need 39" window balances for heavy kitchen windows, as you can see from pictures above #3850 is printed on it. I found this here: "39" Series 385 Channel Balance, Product Code: S385-39" and I'm guessing to choose stamp option 3840, regarding sash weight range. I'm not sure this is correct however. Can you confirm this is the window balance I need or steer me to the correct model so I can put in an order? Thank you very much

Hello,
It looks like you have either our S351-39, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-39, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to know the weight of your sash in order to choose the correct option.
