window balance

Question

Hi. I found the series number for my window balance wich is 385 and the length is 15 1/2 , none of the numbers match my stamp. my window is from Milgard the stamp # is 15 2. Can you tell me which of your stamp #, corresponds to mine.

Hey, Miguel. When you say the length is 15-1/2", are you referring to just the metal channel? If so, we can provide this balance as a special order. Can you just tell me how many you need?
