window balance

My window balance has the code 29 9 which I did not see on your chart. Would it be okay to get a 2910 or another number?

Thanks for posting. This is not an uncommon issue: 29 9 is from an older rating system that we no longer use. The only reliable way to know what stamp option you need is to weigh your window sash. You can that match that precise weight with one of the weight ranges listed for each stamp option on a given channel balance's product page. If your sash's weight falls outside the listed ranges, let us know.
