window balance

i need a new window balance. i want to make sure i get the correct one.

Thanks for posting. Confirm that the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments at either end, is 23" long. If so, see either our S380-23 or S385-23. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old balance to determine the best match. You will need a stamp option of 2240.
