window balance

A quick learner from Monroe NC says:

I have 7 windows needing new window balances

the old one have 34 4 AP CALDWELL stamped on them the metal channel measures 35 inches

im thinking the 380 matches this

are you able to match this up from the numbers that where on the old balance

Hi, Eddie. I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to confirm that the Series 380 is a match, you'll need to compare the style and size of the top and bottom nylon fittings to your own. The Series 380 in particular comes with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom.
