window balance

Not sure which window balance I need to order to replace mine. Measures 15" and is stamped with 14-2 ED5 CMC 87. I believe I need the S380-15 with option 1420, but want to make sure I am ordering the correct item.

Hello,

I agree that as long as the depth of your bottom attachment measures 1" exactly, the S380-15 with a 1420 spring strength option would be the way to go. If not, take a look at our S385-15 with a slightly larger 1-3/32 " deep bottom attachment. Thank you!
