window balance

Question

Greetings,

I am trying to find this window balance on your website. I included pictures of the window balance needed, and a picture of the top of my window showing the broken plastic catch. The only identifying number is 29-3. When I measured the part, not including the plastic pieces, I measured 30 inches.

I still have further questions for our remaining 9 windows.

See our S377-30 Channel Balance. Compare its dimensions and specifications to your old hardware to confirm this is what you need. For a stamp option choose 2930. For the Top Sash Guides, compare an undamaged one to our 18-042.
