A handy person from Washington state says:
On the metal rolls is stamped 731v on one and 536v on the other. Size is about 1 1/8th inch wide, 9/16ths thick and 5 5/8ths long. It is a 30 pound tilt window made by CDI.

Hello,

I would recommend removing an undamaged coil balance assembly from your window to compare to the 15-087 housing pivot, which uses the Series 180 coil springs, along with the related items shown on the 15-087 product page.

For a 30-pound sash, I would recommend using one S180-9 and one S180-6 on each side of the sash. Thanks for posting!
