window balance

Hello I need help getting the right part form a window. I provided photos, hopefully they help.

The balance is
27" long
1/2" wide

Thanks for reaching out! It appears you have the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. For the balance stamp, you'll need the 2630. This is rated to carry a window weighing 13 to 19lbs.
