window balance

26 inch window balance where the shoe has and the part that slide along the frame have disintegrated. I'm not sure if the entire balance must be replaced or just the show and sliding part.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. It appears you have a tilt window spiral balance. Is the outer tube diameter 3/8"? If it is, our Series 900 would be my pick. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
We'd be happy to help with the pivot shoe but we would need to see an undamaged version removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If there's an identical window in the house with an intact shoe, we can use that as a reference.
