Window balance and extraction clips

Question

window says it is a GAF, like the roofing materials. The window  does not have metal extraction clips or holes for clips. I don't know what the square pieces plastic pieces are for. I need 2 new window balances.

Hello, thank you for posting,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments.

To further review, I will need to see a clearer picture of the metal hook at the bottom of the balance to confirm the series you need.

The white plastic pieces shown in your picture are the take out clips. They insert into the window channel to help install the balances. If you need new ones, please review the 16-035A as a replacement option.
