window balance

Please help identify the balance I need.  I believe there is a number stamped in the balances pictures.

Unfortunately I am not able to see the stamp in the picture. Can you provide additional images? We will also need to see a clear view of the bottom shoe attachment as well. From there we can determine the series needed for your window. Thank you!
