Hi there Tuan.

It looks like you may have the Series 380 or Series 385 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. It's hard to read the stamp on your balance but the numbers appear to be 28-B-20. If that's the case, you might need the 2820 stamp for your replacements. You can always weigh the window sash on a scale to confirm though.
