I need help finding the series. they look like the S380 and the S385.
The stamps on my broken ones are 2640 and 2930. These are for different windows.

Hello,

I agree that with this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

We also offer the 15-029 bottom fitting, which measures 7/8" deep, which we can supply through a custom order if needed since it does not come with any of our stock balances.
