Thanks for writing in! The balance you have here appears to be a S770-22 Balance but will need to be a custom assembly since it has a rivet installed at the top. 

I'm happy to provide you with an order link for the replacements but I'll need to know the exact number of balances you're looking to purchase. There is an quantity minimum of (2) balances.
