We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the balance system can not be replaced or repaired in channel balances. If yours is broken, we recommend replacing the balances on both sides to ensure the sash is evenly supported. To get started, we'll need to see photos of an intact balance removed from the window. Please make sure to include both ends and any numbers stamped on the original balance. Thank you!
