What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. Can you remove the balance and show us close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings, as well as the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord? We'd also like you to confirm the number of balances, along with the length of the metal channel. It should be 22-7/8" long.
