Thanks for posting! There is a strong possibility we can supply the replacements for your window balances. Although, to determine the correct match, I will need to see a photo of the existing assembly removed from the window.
The stamp only tells us the weight range the balances can support but it does not help to identify the series you need, unfortunately. I'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance to confirm the correct replacement.

Thanks for the requested photos. Your balances can be replaced with either the S351-30 or the S390-30. You'll need to measure the depth of your shoe to determine the correct replacement match.
Our 2920 stamp option will support a sash weighing 12 to 16lbs.
