Im trying to find the replacement for this window balance 26 5 ES Caldwell.

Thanks for reaching out! The window balance pictured is either the S380-27 or the S380-27. You'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe to determine the correct series.

Our 2650 stamp should work in place of the 26 5 stamp. It will support a sash weighing 26 to 30lbs.
