I have a double coil window balance that is needing replacement. Each coil has seven on it so I assume that means 14 lb on each side. I am looking to get a match to this part. This part is approximately 5 in long and one and a quarter inches wide.
I've submitted this post for the purposes of you seeing the part I need to replace. I will also call on Friday if possible and see if I can talk to a customer service representative that might be able to assist me more quickly than the email response time.

Original Shoe is 9/16" Thickness and Width is 1-1/4" and 5" is Height.

Hello,
Unforutnately, we don't have your exact pivot shoe. If the coil springs have the same "T" end as the Series 160, then you may be able to use the 15-191 pivot shoe. The metal center cam should work with your original pivot bar. Take a look and see what you think!
