J62 5#31 window balance

Question

the number is corroded off somewhat, but it looks like J62  5#31  it looks like the date on it is 11/80  the window size is 24" X 54" approx dbl hung. which balance replaces this one?

Is this for an Andersen window? If so, I recommend our 24-531. This can replace all Andersen sash balances stamped with "5#31."
