What kind of balance do I have? It is 21 inches long and has the markings 21 S HF 24.

Thanks for p o sting. I believe your balance is a match for our S770-21, but I'm not totally sure if the clip at the end of the cord is the same as what comes with our balance. See what you think. As for the stamp, yours doesn't match any of our options, but I think one of them may still work. I recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm the best match.
