window balance

Question

I need to get a replacement balance. It is off a Keller window (see pictures). I think it might be a S377. I also need the plastic part that is screwed to the window which the top of the balance stops on.

I agree, the Series 377 looks like a good possible match. The other part you reference is probably a top sash guide, but I will need to see a picture of yours out of the window before I can identify a match.
