Paul from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid we don't sell balances with double springs. Could you tell me the weight of your sash? It's possible one of our stronger options may still work, or perhaps we may be able to custom make something to work, but we will need to know how heavy your sash is before we can proceed.
A contractor from Fort Irwin, CA says:
weight of sash is 42 lbs. old balance is marked with 2924 DSL BSI

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Excellent, thank you. It seems the strongest available option for the S385-30 may do the trick. That would be our 2975, which can carry 42 throgh 45 pounds. What do you think? There's also the 2970, which can carry 39 through 42 pounds. It would really come down to whether your sash is a little bit over 42 pounds, or a little bit under.
