window balance

Question

"28 4 FP Caldwell" is the print on the metal bar.
It's a none tilt window and the metal bar measures almost 29".
1/2" channel width.
Please advise on what part to order.

Start by looking at our S390-29 channel balance. I think this could work for you, but see what you think.
