my spoil balance rod measures 18 inches and 9/16 with a red tip

i need to order a set of them
so thats 2 of them

can i pick them up in camden
i used to come there all the time but i heard that you are closed now

please let me know

Hi, Bob. For an 18" x 9/16" spiral balance with a red tip going into a tilt window, we recommend S600-18 with a red tip. Check your measurements and weigh your sash to be sure. For a red tip, your sash should weigh between 6 and 19 pounds.

As for picking the parts up, we do not allow pick-ups at our warehouse facility. The storefront in Camden is no longer open for customers, since we have fully moved online as an e-commerce venture. Let me know if you need anything else.
